Seafood Bouillabaisse

Provencal style simmer sauce with white wine and star anise liqueur.

Serving Suggestion: Serve in warm bowls with crusty bread and Cotterill & Rouse Aioli.
Chef's Tip: Garnish with chopped fresh herbs such as chervil, tarragon or thyme just before serving.

Lamb or Chicken Tagine

Moroccan cooking sauce with fruit, spices, preserved lemons and pomegranate molasses.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with couscous or rice.
Chef's Tip: Sprinkle with toasted almonds and fresh herbs such as coriander.

Chicken Cacciatore

Italian cooking sauce with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and sliced black olives.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot cooked pasta, such as spinach taggliatelle or spaghetti; or rice.

Beef or Chicken Paprika

Goulash style cooking sauce for beef, chicken or pork with sweet smoked paprika.

Serving Suggestion: Served with buttered noodles, boiled new potatoes or roast potatoes.
Chef's Tip: Also try this sauce with pork. Garnish with baby vegetables.

Beef and Porcini Bourguignon

Gourmet cooking sauce with rich red wine, chopped tomatoes and porcini mushrooms.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with boiled, mashed or roasted potatoes.
Chef's Tip: Garnish with fresh basil.
