Aioli Classic
Cotterill & Rouse aioli is a rich, thick and creamy mayonnaise subtly flavoured with garlic. A high quality product made with Alfa One rice bran oil, the good oil.
The perfect dip for any occasion to serve with raw vegetables, slices of crusty bread or pita crisps. Traditionally aioli is served with seafood, however it also makes a delicious dressing for a green salad, particularly in French bread, focaccia and panini sandwiches. Aioli is a popular accompaniment to hot potato wedges. You can also use aioli as a spread instead of butter.
