CHUTNEYS & RELISHES

Chutney's shelf life is 2 years unopened, 6 months opened and refrigerated.
The standard jar size is 300g.

Lime and Apricot

A tantalising combination of limes and apricots with just a dash of spice makes this chutney an excellent accompaniment to lamb and pork - especially casseroles or baked dishes. Delicious added to a stuffing for a whole baked chicken or fish.



Beetroot Relish with orange

A rich relish made with freshly grated beetroot and enhanced with tangy orange. A wonderful way to serve an old favourite.
CONVENIENT – the juice doesn't run so it is great in sandwiches.
VERSATILE – ideal for creating gourmet burgers. Also tasty with beef or venison sausages.

Cranberry and Port Relish

A beautiful blend of the finest cranberries, and rich ruby port. Lovingly cooked to produce the perfect accompaniment for festive occasions.
TRADITIONAL – the classic accompaniment to the Christmas turkey or chicken.
FLAVOURSOME – rich flavour of fresh cranberries, subtly spiced.
VERSATILE – perfect served hot with poultry or soft cheeses.
Available in a 200g size.

Serving suggestions:
   - Use as a simple, quickly made sauce to accompany poultry.
   - Great as a side dish with cheese and crackers.
   - Perfect as a sandwich filling.

Onion Marmalade

Delicious slow cooked onions with red wine and crunchy mustard seeds. Adds flavour to sandwiches or serve as a side dish with BBQ’s.

Chilli Jam

Sweet Heat, a taste sensation! Wonderful with cheese and crackers. Great with meats, Asian cuisine and vegetarian meals.

Tamarillo Chutney

A traditional New Zealand favourite. Wonderful with curries or served as a side dish with lamb, pork and poultry or cheese.

Fig and Balsamic Chutney

A tantalising combination of delectable figs and slightly sweet balsamic vinegar with a dash of spice. Wonderful with cheese and cold meat on crusty fresh bread.


Plum, Lemongrass and Ginger Relish

A relish made from delicious juicy plums combined with the delicate flavour of fresh lemongrass and minced ginger root. The perfect accompaniment for Asian finger food such as spring rolls.
